We need Events Coordinators to organise events to raise awareness of motor neurone disease and the MND Association, and to raise funds for the branch.
Volunteers play an important role in the MND Association. They help to ensure that people with MND and their families receive the support and services they need.
What does this role involve?
Please note: these are examples of the main tasks that could be associated with this role. Tasks can be reviewed according to individual skills, experience and availability of the potential volunteer.
You don’t need personal experience of MND but will have good communication skills, good organisational skills, and the desire to help!
This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and get involved with your local community.
Ideally we are looking for someone that can give approximately 1 - 2 hours a week including willingness to attend the regular Committee meetings
Full training and induction will be provided and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
