Role Description

The role of Web Support Coordinator is an exciting new volunteering opportunity for someone with relevant understanding and knowledge to make a real difference for people with and affected motor neurone disease (MND). 


Key tasks:

  • Support the Association in:
    • gathering information on local authority services such as benefits, housing and social care
    • testing the web support portal links
    • updating the web support portal links
    • reporting issues

Ideal Skills

  • Be able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per month (on average) to the role
  • Good writing and communications skills and the ability to liaise with Association staff and volunteers
  • Be well organised and proactive
  • Have access to a computer with the ability to use email, word and to use the internet to gather information
