Web Support Coordinator - East of England/Midlands
Role Description
The role of Web Support Coordinator is an exciting new volunteering opportunity for someone with relevant understanding and knowledge to make a real difference for people with and affected motor neurone disease (MND).
Key tasks:
- Support the Association in:
- gathering information on local authority services such as benefits, housing and social care
- testing the web support portal links
- updating the web support portal links
- reporting issues
Ideal Skills
- Be able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per month (on average) to the role
- Good writing and communications skills and the ability to liaise with Association staff and volunteers
- Be well organised and proactive
- Have access to a computer with the ability to use email, word and to use the internet to gather information
