Fundraising Co-ordinator East Kent (Volunteer)

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to co-ordinate fundraising across East Kent, act as a point of contact between the Relationship Fundraiser and where required, provide support to people organising events or carrying out fundraising activities for the group within our area.

The East Kent Group is a long established and active group covering all CT postcodes, TN23-30 & ME13

What’s involved?

• To be the key contact for everyone undertaking fundraising activities on behalf of the branch
• To keep the branch committee up to date with fundraising activities and provide information that can be shared via social media and branch emails
• To attend events and represent the group where appropriate
• Act as point of contact for the Relationship Fundraiser
• To follow MND Association policies and guidance on data protection, health and safety, confidentiality and safeguarding

This role will suit me if I: 

• Have good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Am reliable
• Encourage and support others 
• Have event planning experience or want to gain experience in this area
